I’ve been uploading some pictures to this blog from a Toshiba laptop, it’s some kind of A100. The flash card slot at the front of the unit is easy to use, when you’re putting the card in there, but damn difficult to use when trying to remove a card. You might by casual observance note that I have reasonable dexterity and somewhat slender fingers, but apparently I do not have enough of either. As this card slot serves more than just SD cards, you don’t get the usual clicky spring thing that I’ve come to expect, like that provided by my camera. (I wonder what arrangement of mirrors I’d need to take a picture of that. And don’t suggest anything so easy as fishing out my old camera to take the picture, I’m not going to be defeated by simplicity in my own life!)
Empty…
With card… see how little is sticking out? Homer Simpson would have no chance.
